Designs and Measurements

When a client approaches us about a piece that they would like, we ask for a few things on the initial review. First if at all possible please have some photos to work from. The second would be to have measurements available for us. Currently there is no design fee however; all of our designs are for Re` James exclusive use only.

Here is a kitchen remodel that we are currently working on. There will soon be pictures.

Construction Process

The process starts of course with you. You decide what you want and all of the specs. We will then within a week deliver drawings and an estimate. When you accept the design we require that a down payment for materials (non-refundable) as well as a signed contract. This is where we will detail the tentative completion date. When we are ready to go into the finishing process we will contact you for an installation/delivery date. Once installed you give the final approval (signed) and enjoy your new investment!

Repairs

All of the furniture that we build and the built-ins are repaired for the life of the builder. Of course there is a disclaimer to detail it all out. There are somethings that cannot be repaired, but outside of a few exceptions relax and enjoy what we make for you.
